📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team and integrate into a key business area: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, formulate questions, and establish decision criteria prior to analysis.

• Set metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments.

• Uncover data insights that enhance critical business metrics.

• Provide recommendations to counterparts in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, explain the reasons behind it, and suggest next steps.

• Propel initiatives through execution and achieve measurable business outcomes.

• Assist in Jerry.ai's growth from car insurance into home, motorcycle, RV, and other physical-asset services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Capability to extract, organize, and interpret data independently.

• Proven track record of addressing ambiguous problems and delivering impactful results.

• Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient in analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
