Manager, BizOps, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a member of the central BizOps & Analytics team and integrate with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Manage the analytical responsibilities for a designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to executing analysis.

• Establish metrics, generate reports, conduct analyses, design experiments, and present actionable insights.

• Provide recommendations to product, growth, finance, and operations teams.

• Propel decisions and actions that enhance critical business metrics.

• Assist Jerry.ai in scaling from 5 million to 50 million customers while striving for a $10 billion business objective.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Ability to independently extract, structure, and interpret data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and generating significant impact.

• Excellent and persuasive communication skills.

• Capacity to influence decisions at the executive level.

• Proficiency in analytics using Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.
