Business Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of business, operational, and financial data to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Create and sustain dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance metrics.

• Oversee business performance and deliver insights for strategic planning, forecasting, and resource management.

• Recognize and execute process improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and service delivery.

• Assist in business planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational transformation efforts.

• Ensure data integrity and devise reporting solutions for visibility into operational, financial, and project performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive operational initiatives, and support business goals.

• Prepare and deliver actionable insights, recommendations, and executive-level reports to leadership teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 3-5+ years of experience in business operations, business analysis, performance management, consulting, project controls, or operational support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a knack for interpreting complex data sets.

• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with ERP, financial, or business management systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• SOX control responsibilities may be included in this role, if applicable.
