Manager, BizOps, Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team while integrating into a key business domain: growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical responsibilities for the designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, specify the decision-making analyses needed, and question misleading inquiries.

• Establish metrics and create comprehensive reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Extract data insights that enhance crucial business metrics.

• Present recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.

• Clarify ongoing situations, explain their causes, and suggest subsequent actions.

• Propel decisions and see initiatives through to their conclusion.

• Assist Jerry.ai in scaling from 5M to 50M customers and achieving a valuation of $10B.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing tech company.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering impactful solutions.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills with the capacity to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Ability to solve problems using first-principles thinking.

• Experience in defining metrics, creating reports, conducting analyses, and designing experiments.

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in a qualifying U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.
