📋 Description

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across essential business initiatives, including carrier expansion and the development of new products from inception to launch.

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into strategies for user and partner acquisition.

• Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of A/B testing for both new and existing features.

• Derive key insights to guide product development and business strategies.

• Identify, comprehend, and test factors that promote profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.

• Spot opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize advanced machine learning models to perform comprehensive analyses and derive insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually demanding field.

• Over 2 years of management consulting experience from a leading firm (preferably McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group) or relevant experience in business analysis/operations.

• High proficiency in SQL and/or conducting complex data analyses.

• Strong problem-solving framework and first-principles thinking capability.

• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, from front-line staff to the company's executive leadership.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
