This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist in leading and overseeing the Workers' Compensation practice
• Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner
• Provide strategic guidance to the Workers' Compensation team
• Support attorneys and staff with direction
• Offer advice on intricate legal issues, case assessments, and settlement discussions
• Mentor and cultivate the skills of fellow attorneys
• Manage trials, hearings, and negotiations as required
• Conduct educational webinars for clients
• Resolve escalated client issues
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and team-focused culture
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Active and good standing membership with the California State Bar
• 5–7 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation
• Experience in both applicant and defense preferred
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Exceptional written, verbal, and negotiation abilities
• No billable hour requirements
