This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the offshore Genpact Collections team to guarantee accurate and prompt completion of tasks.
β’ Handle collections for North American key clients, including Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
β’ Analyze root causes of payment delays and drive prompt resolutions.
β’ Reconcile customer accounts while investigating and addressing discrepancies in payment terms.
β’ Track Average Days Delinquent, identify payment patterns and underlying issues, and implement strategies to enhance payment performance.
β’ Foster and sustain relationships with customers, Sales, and Business Unit partners.
β’ Escalate and resolve collection challenges with both internal and external teams.
β’ Generate reports and offer management insights on significant balances, risks, operational challenges, and collection performance.
β’ Oversee the EDI invoice-rejection process, which includes researching, correcting, retriggering, and resolving rejected invoices.
β’ Assist in the implementation and upgrades of accounts receivable systems.
β’ Address escalations related to collections from customers and internal teams.
β’ Manage customer portals effectively.
β’ Ensure adherence to company policies, internal and external controls, and audit requirements.
β’ Enhance processes, optimize cash flow, and reduce overdue receivables.
β’ Robust leadership and team management skills.
β’ Extensive knowledge and proven experience with EDI and collections.
β’ Proficient in SAP, Power BI, OnBase, and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
β’ Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
β’ Experience with Genpact (third-party BPO) is a plus.
β’ Strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results within project timelines.
β’ Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team member.
β’ Capable of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to address challenges and make informed decisions.
β’ Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent customer service abilities.

β’ Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
β’ 5+ years of experience in a high-paced business accounts receivable setting and/or a bachelor's degree (preferred qualifications).
