This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver analysis and functional support for intricate accounts receivable matters.
• Examine accounts receivable challenges and propose solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain records of accounts receivable while addressing customer inquiries and issues.
• Prepare and evaluate historical data through queries for monitoring AR metrics and conducting data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement, suggest enhancements, and implement process improvements in Accounts Receivable.
• Oversee billing and invoice printing for the InfoPro and TRUX billing systems.
• Manage month-end controls for InfoPro.
• Address field research queries and respond to questions regarding cash applications and billing.
• Test and assess business requirements for Accounts Receivable databases and system applications.
• Process lockbox returned items, make adjustments, handle money movements, and manage customer refund requests.
• Provide back-office support for product development and various corporate departments and initiatives.
• Create training materials and job resources for field and internal accounts receivable teams.
• Act as the primary contact between Accounts Receivable and external vendors.
• Investigate and resolve field application issues while implementing system and process improvements.
• Engage in team projects and complete other assigned tasks.
• Previous experience in a large Fortune 500 organization.
• Experience in multi-division Accounts Receivable processing.
• At least 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Familiarity with Lockbox operations and/or direct experience with the Lockbox process.
• Proficient in Oracle Accounting software, as well as InfoPro and TRUX billing systems, and SQL Viewpoint.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office setting, including data entry, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting records.
• This position does not qualify for sponsorship.
