
Senior Asset Manager, Full-Time/Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Overseeing the operations of designated regional projects
• Ensuring energy efficiency across all systems
• Managing facility operations through professional oversight of service providers
• Gathering key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring performance based on these metrics
• Identifying and executing optimization strategies
• Planning, managing, and overseeing system-related initiatives
• Organizing and coordinating technical maintenance, servicing, and repairs of systems, along with their optimization
• Coordinating system acceptance and monitoring defect resolutions
• Managing building services operations (BeFü) through quality assessments using established KPIs and SLAs
• Handling escalation management and addressing technical issues in customer complaints
• Overseeing meters and developing on-site measurement strategies in collaboration with Engineering
• Participating in meetings with external parties, such as TÜV representatives or occupational health and safety personnel
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external service providers
• Degree from a university of applied sciences in energy and utilities engineering, or equivalent vocational training paired with relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and building control systems (MSR)
• Strong focus on quality and commercial insight
• Exceptional service orientation and ability to solve problems
• Motivated, goal-driven individual with a high degree of enthusiasm
• Strong sense of personal accountability and capability to work autonomously
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the Eastern region (Thuringia, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and parts of Brandenburg), especially for on-site visits at technical facilities and client locations
• Proficient in German and good command of English
