This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Achieve sales goals and relevant Brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet or exceed district sales objectives within budget constraints.
• Guide, nurture, and mentor the Sales Team performance, which includes establishing sales targets and incentive programs.
• Oversee Sales Force Management Systems and KPIs to consistently enhance district sales results.
• Ensure ongoing updates on the Sales Team's medical, technical, and specialized in-field knowledge.
• Lead and organize multidisciplinary In Field Teams, including Key Account Management.
• Coordinate In Field and Brand Team initiatives while ensuring timely flow of market intelligence information.
• Align district priorities, activities, and engagement strategies with brand objectives and national strategic goals.
• Monitor and integrate regional engagement and account plan results to inform brand planning and anticipate market needs or shifts.
• Address key stakeholder requirements and cultivate trusted relationships to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Persuade assigned key stakeholders, including high-prescribing physicians and wholesalers, to optimize brand performance.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 9 years of experience.
• Compliance with any governmental and/or legal certification requirements under applicable country laws or regulations, if relevant.
• Relevant business experience and a proven track record in biotech/pharma sales or sales management in at least one therapeutic area.
• Demonstrated successful leadership, management, and coaching skills for cross-functional or functional teams and individuals.
• In-depth knowledge of the territory and established connections with key stakeholders.
• Capability to develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and other pertinent stakeholders.
• Proven ability to think and plan strategically, including work plans, activities, timelines, and targeting.
• Excellence in execution.
• Competence to operate, lead, and facilitate effectively in a matrix organization/environment.
• Proficiency in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• Preferred recognition as a talent developer in the local biotech/pharma landscape.
• Marketing and additional commercial experience within the biotech/pharma sector is preferred.
