This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Facilitate the adoption and ongoing use of Medtronic’s AI-driven GI Genius platform.
• Collaborate with enterprise healthcare systems, MSOs, IDNs, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices.
• Promote technology integration, clinical acceptance, and realization of long-term value.
• Direct sales and market development initiatives at the enterprise customer level.
• Increase utilization of the installed base and share best practices with the wider commercial team.
• Meet and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage intricate sales processes, high-level negotiations, and enterprise contract agreements.
• Act as a commercial authority in Software as a Medical Device.
• Create and implement growth strategies at the territory level.
• Partner with marketing, health economics, clinical, operations, and executive teams.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive leaders, physicians, administrators, and key opinion leaders within health systems.
• Provide clinical product demonstrations, educate physicians, and support on-site adoption.
• Function as a clinical and technical resource during evaluation, implementation, and post-installation optimization phases.
• Ensure effective use of CRM, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate forecasting, reporting, and expense management, alongside training compliance.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of experience, OR an Associate's Degree with 6+ years, OR a Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles in medical devices, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences.
• Reside within 50 miles of Dallas, TX, Fort Worth, TX, or Austin, TX.
• 7+ years of experience in complex, quota-driven commercial roles with a proven track record of top-tier performance.
• Experience in enterprise-level solution selling within healthcare technology, software (SaaS), or Software as a Medical Device (SaMD).
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas and recognition as a top performer.
• Experience managing long-cycle sales involving multiple stakeholders within IDNs, MSOs, hospitals, or ASC networks.
• Strong clinical insight and business understanding.
• Experience in selling within procedural or physician-led clinical settings.
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and spearhead cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft O365.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree meeting the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
