Senior App Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, development, and delivery of mobile and cross-platform applications.

• Serve as the main technical authority for application development within the DDS team.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Update and modernize legacy application codebases as necessary.

• Guide junior and mid-level developers on best practices in app development.

• Participate in technical planning, estimation, and architectural decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial development.

• Extensive experience with Flutter/Dart for building cross-platform mobile applications.

• Understanding of iOS and Android development principles and their deployment processes.

• Familiarity with legacy app development technologies and codebase migration.

• Proficient in RESTful API design and integration.

• Experience with version control using Git and collaborative development practices.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage directly with clients.

• Preferred: Development experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java).

• Preferred: Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment (App Store/Play Store).

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

• Preferred: Understanding of UX/UI principles for mobile applications.
