πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Create, develop, and sustain intricate data models that support essential operational and reporting requirements.

β€’ Collaborate with both internal and external teams to deploy data-driven solutions that enhance care delivery and business performance.

β€’ Establish and execute data quality and integrity standards to guarantee accurate and dependable data.

β€’ Perform data exploration and analysis to uncover insights and trends within healthcare and business systems data.

β€’ Build and uphold data infrastructure, which includes data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.

β€’ Design, automate, and manage reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders throughout the organization.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A minimum of 3 years of experience working with data in an analytical, engineering, or business context (senior-level expertise is essential).

β€’ Solid understanding of SQL.

β€’ Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is advantageous.

β€’ Proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks.

β€’ Interest and capability in operationalizing new data and AI tools, particularly within cloud-based environments.

β€’ Experience in developing or contributing to complex data models, especially using DBT.

β€’ Background in working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data, such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government sectors.

β€’ Ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

β€’ A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related disciplines is a plus.

β€’ Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Dagster, Prefect) is advantageous.

β€’ Must currently reside in Latin America.
