Senior Analytics Engineer – Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain data analytics solutions that align with business objectives and enhance value in care delivery.

• Design, construct, and manage intricate data models to meet operational and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to deploy data-driven solutions that enhance care delivery and business value.

• Establish and enforce standards for data quality and integrity.

• Perform data exploration and analysis to uncover insights and trends within healthcare and business systems data.

• Build and maintain the data infrastructure, which includes data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.

• Create, automate, and sustain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Convey technical work products and complex concepts effectively to stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience working with data in analytical, engineering, or business settings.

• Senior-level expertise.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is advantageous.

• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks.

• Capability and enthusiasm for operationalizing new data and AI tools, particularly on cloud-based platforms.

• Experience in developing or contributing to complex data models, especially using DBT.

• Familiarity with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data domains such as banking, fintech, insurance, or government data.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related disciplines is preferred.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is a plus.

• Must currently reside in Latin America.
