Senior Analytics Engineer – Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain data analytics solutions that align with business objectives and enhance value in care delivery.

• Design, construct, and oversee intricate data models tailored for operational and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deploy data-driven solutions that enhance care delivery and business value.

• Establish and execute standards for data quality and integrity.

• Analyze and investigate healthcare and business systems data to uncover insights and trends.

• Develop and manage data infrastructure, which includes pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.

• Create, automate, and sustain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to organizational stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data roles within analytical, engineering, or business environments.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is advantageous.

• Skilled in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation.

• Interest and capability in operationalizing new data and AI tools, particularly in cloud-based platforms.

• Experience in developing or contributing to complex data models, especially using DBT.

• Background in working with healthcare or other sensitive regulated data, including banking, fintech, insurance, or government data.

• Capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is a plus.
