Senior Analytics Engineer – Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain intricate data models that support essential operational and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to deploy data-driven solutions aimed at enhancing care delivery and increasing business value.

• Establish and enforce standards for data quality and integrity.

• Perform data exploration and analysis to uncover insights and trends within healthcare and business systems data.

• Create and uphold data infrastructure, including data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.

• Design, automate, and sustain reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data-related roles within analytical, engineering, or business settings.

• Senior-level expertise required.

• Strong command of SQL is essential.

• Familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is advantageous.

• Proficient in Python for data manipulation, automation, and scripting tasks.

• Interest and capability in operationalizing new data and AI tools, particularly focusing on cloud-based platforms.

• Experience in developing or contributing to advanced data models, especially using dbt.

• Background in handling healthcare or other regulated sensitive data, including banking, fintech, insurance, or government data.

• Ability to convey complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is a plus.
