Senior Analytics Engineer – Health Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain intricate data models that fulfill essential operational and reporting requirements.

• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to execute data-driven initiatives that enhance care delivery and add business value.

• Establish and uphold standards for data quality and integrity.

• Perform data exploration and analysis to uncover insights and trends within healthcare and business systems data.

• Construct and manage data infrastructure, which includes data pipelines, databases, and data warehousing solutions.

• Generate, automate, and sustain reports and dashboards that deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or business environments.

• Advanced proficiency in working with data.

• Solid understanding of SQL.

• Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift is advantageous.

• Expertise in Python for data manipulation, scripting, and automation tasks.

• Willingness and capability to operationalize new data and AI tools, focusing on cloud-based platforms.

• Experience in developing or contributing to complex data models, especially utilizing DBT.

• Background in working with healthcare or other regulated sensitive data sectors, including banking, fintech, insurance, or government data.

• Ability to convey intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, statistics, or related fields is preferred.

• Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Dagster, or Prefect is a plus.

• Candidates must be located in Latin America.
