This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and own comprehensive data solutions for Core products.
• Build and maintain analytics-ready data platforms utilizing Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analytics and reporting on metrics related to provider sales, operations, and overall business performance.
• Create, construct, and validate certified datasets in dbt and Snowflake.
• Ingest, transform, and model data sourced from both internal and external business systems.
• Manage Looker dashboards, Explores, and semantic models effectively.
• Design and oversee analytics models and metrics concerning pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, operational KPIs, and business performance.
• Audit and assess the quality of data collection processes.
• Implement internal process enhancements and optimize data delivery, tools, and models.
• Mentor junior colleagues in their professional development.
• Advocate for data governance, data quality, documentation standards, and uniform metric definitions.
• Lead collaborative efforts across various functions with business leaders, analysts, data scientists, and engineers.
• Provide technical guidance on data visualization enablement.
• Apply best practices in semantic modeling, metric standardization, and reporting infrastructure.
• Own and refine governance frameworks and development processes for visualization and reporting.
• Travel 2 to 4 times annually.
• Over 5 years of experience in a relevant data visualization or data engineering position.
• Expertise in Looker and LookML.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Practical experience in building and maintaining analytics models with dbt and Snowflake.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including complex queries, performance enhancement, and handling large datasets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in agile development methodologies and collaborative project delivery approaches.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with sales teams to produce analytics, reporting, and data-driven insights (preferred).
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining methods (preferred).
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams to meet analytics and reporting demands (preferred).
• Experience in the healthcare industry (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
