Senior Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and develop data pipelines and models that support analytics and reporting.

• Create dashboards, reports, and tools that make extensive behavioral data accessible and reliable.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and validate business metrics, rather than merely implementing them.

• Maintain data quality, consistency, and performance across systems that process billions of events.

• Work alongside analysts, engineers, and product managers to convert business requirements into well-structured data solutions.

• Utilize SQL, Python, and distributed data systems at an extensive scale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in constructing data pipelines, data models, and analytics tools.

• Proficient in SQL with experience handling large datasets and distributed data systems.

• Familiarity with Python for data-related tasks and tooling.

• Experience with contemporary analytics stacks (e.g., dbt, Airflow, or similar modeling and orchestration tools).

• Proven ability to define and validate business metrics and comprehend their significance.

• Knowledge of product funnels and e-commerce metrics (including revenue, conversion, and engagement).

• Capacity to translate stakeholder requirements into data models, dashboards, and tools.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Comfortable managing an analytics area from start to finish in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience in developing customer-facing or embedded analytics.

• Background in e-commerce is preferred.
