⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.

• 8 years of progressively responsible management experience in project, program, product, and/or people management, with a focus on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or similar areas.

• Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant or related discipline.

• Preferred: 5 years of experience with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, and Power BI.

• Preferred: 5 years of experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations.
