This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and develop dashboards featuring KPIs, drill-through capabilities, and compelling visualizations.
• Utilize statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics techniques to identify trends and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Employ SQL, Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, BI platforms, and analytics engineering practices to provide reporting, automation, advanced analytics, and business insights.
• Integrate and transform data from Salesforce, Workday, AWS, and enterprise data warehouses into the Domo data warehouse using contemporary ETL practices.
• Spearhead analytics initiatives encompassing requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
• Convert complex business challenges into actionable analytics solutions.
• Suggest enhancements for data architecture, data quality, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, BI developers, data architects, and end users.
• Design, develop, and uphold scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines while managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and developmental support to analysts, BI developers, and business partners.
• Advocate for self-service analytics, conduct user training, and enhance data literacy throughout the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics engineering, data warehousing, enterprise reporting solutions, or a related field.
• Capability to collaborate with business stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, and data solutions.
• Proficiency in leading analytics initiatives throughout the entire solution lifecycle.
• More than 5 years of experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Domo, Workday Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects, or similar technologies.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and maintaining data models, ETL processes, data pipelines, and data integration solutions.
• Experience with Python, R, Jupyter Notebooks, or similar analytical programming tools for automation, advanced analytics, or data engineering is highly preferred.
• Successful completion of a background check is mandatory as a condition of employment.
