This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

β’ Establish and implement best practices for data modeling, transformation, and delivery.
β’ Drive the adoption of dbt and contemporary analytics engineering tools and methodologies.
β’ Oversee the design and maintenance of analytics-ready data models.
β’ Ensure reliable and efficient data pipelines utilizing Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
β’ Advocate for reusable, modular, and well-documented code.
β’ Structure, label, and validate datasets for AI and machine learning applications.
β’ Collaborate with data science and AI teams on model training and deployment.
β’ Implement data governance standards, manage metadata, and ensure data lineage.
β’ Monitor and enhance data quality, integrity, and consistency.
β’ Ensure adherence to enterprise data policies and regulatory standards.
β’ Partner with business leaders, product managers, and data consumers to provide insights.
β’ Present findings, strategic roadmaps, and recommendations to senior leadership.
β’ Manage analytics engineering infrastructure and cloud data platforms.
β’ Assess and integrate tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
β’ Maintain CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment workflows.
β’ Plan and prioritize initiatives that align with business objectives.
β’ Track progress, measure impact, and ensure timely execution.
β’ Identify and mitigate risks associated with data infrastructure and analytics operations.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ Adhere to all relevant policies and standards.
β’ Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience.
β’ Equivalent experience may be considered through applicable knowledge, responsibilities, scope, and skills reflective of the position level.
β’ Proficiency in data modeling, transformation, and delivery.
β’ Familiarity with dbt and modern analytics engineering methodologies.
β’ Experience with Snowflake, SQL, and dbt.
β’ Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and BigQuery.
β’ Proficient in CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
β’ Knowledge of AI and machine learning data requirements.
β’ Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage.
β’ Awareness of enterprise data policies and regulatory standards.
β’ Ability to articulate technical concepts and analytics results to non-technical stakeholders.
