Senior Analyst, Treasury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily cash modeling processes of the company, reconciling actual figures with forecasts, and pinpointing key trends and drivers.

• Execute daily cash positioning via wire/ACH payments and intercompany fund transfers.

• Support the Accounts Payable team with daily disbursements, ensuring alignment with the sanctioned cash forecast.

• Collaborate with teams in Financial Planning, Real Estate, Tax, Payroll, Benefits, and others to address treasury requirements and cash forecasting.

• Monitor and reconcile disbursement needs and monthly funding levels for the India global capability center.

• Create schedules for interest forecasting and actualization, coordinating with Accounting on debt-related matters.

• Compile and disseminate daily executive reports regarding cash position and liquidity.

• Act as the primary point of contact for store teams and internal business partners concerning cash management issues.

• Assist with incoming/outgoing wire transfers, payment confirmations, account coding, bank account reconciliations, and ad hoc information requests.

• Facilitate bank account maintenance, update authorized signers, and manage bank portal access and permissions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance payment processes, decrease transaction costs, and improve treasury automation.

• Contribute to treasury-related compliance, audits, bank/debt reporting, and interactions with internal/external partners.

• Engage in special projects that support the long-term Treasury Strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in corporate treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Pivot Tables.

• Practical experience with commercial online banking platforms and treasury management systems, such as Wells Fargo Vantage, J.P. Morgan Access, and Bank of America CashPro.

• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems, such as Workday, Oracle, and SAP.

• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
