This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Workday Recruiting workflows, implement process updates, ensure data accuracy, and drive operational enhancements.
• Assess workflow challenges, system implications, testing needs, and documentation revisions; propose effective solutions across Talent Acquisition, HRIS, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Examine recruiting data related to pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, offer results, and additional recruiting metrics.
• Convert recruiting metrics into business insights and actionable suggestions.
• Organize campus recruiting initiatives, encompassing university collaborations, event registration, travel arrangements, interview schedules, recruiting materials, and post-event follow-ups.
• Assist with both virtual and on-campus recruiting events through interview scheduling, candidate communication, interviewer coordination, and event management.
• Maintain reporting and program metrics for campus recruiting, including participation rates, pipeline conversion, hiring outcomes, and effectiveness evaluations.
• Assess recruiting technologies, automation possibilities, AI-driven recruiting solutions, and vendor services.
• Track technology usage, process acceptance, and operational results; suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR, HRIS, hiring managers, business leaders, and external vendors.
• Work together with global colleagues and external partners on recruiting initiatives, operational projects, and ongoing process enhancements.
• Candidates must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship, sponsorship assumptions, and other immigration assistance are not provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related discipline, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, Campus Recruiting, or a related area.
• More than 3 years of experience supporting Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms, preferably Workday Recruiting, including workflow management, reporting, and data quality oversight.
• At least 3 years of experience in creating, managing, and analyzing recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics using Excel or similar reporting tools.
• Background in supporting campus recruiting programs, career fairs, university recruiting events, interview coordination, or early-career hiring initiatives.
• Excellent organizational abilities with proven attention to detail, follow-through, and capacity to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating logistics for career fairs, university partnerships, recruiting travel, event registration, and recruiting materials.
• Familiarity with recruiting funnel metrics, Talent Acquisition KPIs, and campus recruiting program analytics.
• Ability to comprehend Talent Acquisition strategies and translate strategic goals into operational execution and reporting.
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies, CRM platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI-driven recruiting solutions.
