Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, manage, and refine property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue streams.

• Handle bookings and foster guest relationships.

• Manage communication, check-in processes, and conflict resolutions.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform.

• Recruit City Managers under your guidance when applicable.

• Ability to effectively persuade property owners and establish trust.

• Background in real estate, sales, or other relevant sectors is advantageous.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

• Must have independent contractor status.
