Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, which include images, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Manage bookings and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, coordinate check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers via your referral network and oversee their performance.
