Commercial Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the collaboration among sourcing, sales, and logistics departments.

• Organize structured meeting notes, monitor deadlines, send follow-ups, and coordinate action items.

• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and efficient delivery processes.

• Manage the preparation of regular offer lists, including price calculations, availability coordination, finalization, and communication.

• Oversee and monitor customer interactions, sales data, and opportunities within the system for effective follow-ups and precise reporting.

• Facilitate second-level communication with clients and internal teams through email.

• Offer sales insights and feedback to aid in strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business coordination (preferably in FMCG, F&B, or the lifestyle sector).

• Excellent email communication and writing skills.

• Strong proficiency in English communication.

• Outstanding organizational and planning skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM tools is an advantage.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Comfortable collaborating closely with senior leadership on a daily basis.

• Knowledge or interest in specialty coffee.

• Innovative thinking and a persistent curiosity.

• Experience in customer acquisition, lead generation, or B2B sales.

• Familiarity with CRM tools or any sales management software.
