Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties available on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, manage, and improve listings, including images, content, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue generation.

• Handle reservations and guest interactions, which include communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Operate the business using the ALB platform.

• Build and oversee a portfolio of properties.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program.
