Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Develop, assess, and finalize material proposals

• Create the Material Cost Summary (MCS)

• Collaborate with proposal team members, subcontractors, clients, and management

• Work across different company functions to review material and other direct costs tied to proposed contracts and programs

• Utilize company estimating and pricing software and tools

• Formulate Material Basis of Estimates

• Monitor progress and validate as well as analyze supplier quotes and Purchase Order History

• Ensure uniformity throughout the program and verify that the estimating approach is robust

• Confirm proposals adhere to Federal Acquisition Regulations and internal standards

• Act as the primary material contact when necessary

• Evaluate, design, and implement solutions for a comprehensive material package

• Conduct detailed and intricate analysis of inputs to guarantee reliable material estimates

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Capability to develop and comprehend simple to moderate Microsoft Excel cost models

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities

• Consistently meet deadlines in a structured environment

• Ability to collaborate effectively within teams, with colleagues and management

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Knowledge and experience in proposal development, price buildup, and estimating and pricing procedures

• Familiarity with federal proposal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and TINA
