
Senior Supply Chain Assessment Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead intricate, organization-wide supply chain evaluation projects from inception to the delivery of final recommendations.
• Offer subject matter expertise and strategic advice on operating models, governance, organizational efficiency, and transformational enhancements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, operational observations, data collection, analysis, executive review sessions, and strategic planning discussions.
• Validate financial, operational, and clinical outcomes through analytics, benchmarking, and performance assessments.
• Identify performance deficiencies and formulate recommendations, improvement strategies, implementation priorities, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.
• Quantify opportunities for improvement, financial and operational impacts, KPIs, benchmarks, and savings validation.
• Assess enterprise-wide performance trends and maturity gaps while determining strategic priorities.
• Facilitate discussions at the executive level and conduct stakeholder working sessions with health system leadership.
• Collaborate with sourcing, P2P, analytics, clinical integration, and operations teams.
• Present findings and recommendations to both client and internal leadership teams.
• Ensure that assessment outputs inform contracting, non-labor cost management, and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Promote adherence to enterprise standards, quality controls, consistency, scalability, and the swift delivery of assessments.
• Enhance assessment tools, templates, methodologies, benchmarks, and intellectual property.
• Employ and critically assess AI-enabled tools for assessment execution, data analysis, and the development of deliverables.
• Mentor internal team members, assist in onboarding, transfer knowledge, and advocate for leading practices.
• Relevant degree in healthcare administration, supply chain, or healthcare operations management.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, operations, consulting, or performance improvement.
• Proven experience in leading assessments, engagements, or value realization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of provider operations and spend management strategies.
• Demonstrated capability to manage complex engagements and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to facilitate discussions at the executive level and influence strategic decision-making.
• Extensive knowledge of healthcare supply chain best practices, operating models, and performance improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present to senior leaders and clients.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI with advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance work processes, assess output quality and limitations, and support informed decision-making in complex business contexts.
• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients’ needs and schedules.
