
Supply Chain Functional Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
β’ Lead training sessions for both virtual and in-person audiences.
β’ Create, enhance, and revise courses in collaboration with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and functional subject matter experts.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for the development of content.
β’ Deliver intricate operational and task-oriented content to associates and leaders.
β’ Engage with various levels and business functions both within and outside the learning organization.
β’ Oversee and assist in the management of multi-day learning events.
β’ Contribute to special projects as required.
β’ Handle calendar scheduling, attendance/roster management, customer communications, and event coordination.
β’ Typically report to a Manager or Senior Manager of Learning.
β’ Have no direct reports.
β’ Must be at least eighteen years old.
β’ Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
β’ High school diploma and/or GED is required.
β’ At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
β’ Proficient in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).
β’ Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Capable of explaining complex or technical concepts and processes in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.
β’ Experience in facilitating training both in person and remotely.
β’ Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
β’ Opportunities for virtual and in-person work/training facilitation.
β’ Overnight travel is typically required 5% to 20% of the time.
