Supply Chain Functional Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Lead training sessions for both virtual and in-person audiences.

• Create, enhance, and revise courses in collaboration with Learning Design & Development, Learning Strategy, managers, and functional subject matter experts.

• Act as a subject matter expert for the development of content.

• Deliver intricate operational and task-oriented content to associates and leaders.

• Engage with various levels and business functions both within and outside the learning organization.

• Oversee and assist in the management of multi-day learning events.

• Contribute to special projects as required.

• Handle calendar scheduling, attendance/roster management, customer communications, and event coordination.

• Typically report to a Manager or Senior Manager of Learning.

• Have no direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least eighteen years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• High school diploma and/or GED is required.

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience is necessary.

• Proficient in presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint).

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Capable of explaining complex or technical concepts and processes in a clear and accessible manner to diverse audiences.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Experience in facilitating training both in person and remotely.

• Strong understanding and application of adult learning principles.
