This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist with high-priority strategic initiatives and various operational projects as needed.
• Take charge of the administrative and operational implementation of the team’s colleague engagement strategy.
• Keep project documentation organized and monitor deliverables across various cross-functional workstreams.
• Facilitate the operational continuity of team priorities.
• Compose, format, and enhance operational documents, status updates, and presentations for leadership.
• Combine qualitative sentiment and operational data into actionable reporting structures.
• Improve rounding workflows, participant tracking systems, and feedback mechanisms.
• Evaluate feedback from Roundtables, Executive Committee rounding, Epic feedback, and CES action plans.
• Detect operational trends and convert findings into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Ensure effective communication back to stakeholders.
• Organize colleague listening roundtables, which includes participant solicitation, scheduling, facilitation support, and documentation.
• Supervise Executive Committee participant tracking.
• Prepare materials and offer administrative assistance for Executive Leader rounding.
• Interact with colleagues and executive leaders, facilitate discussions, and present insights.
• 3–5 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, program/project management, analytics, or similar operational roles.
• Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into organized recommendations and action plans.
• Outstanding organizational abilities for managing complex scheduling, documentation, participant tracking, and logistics for leadership initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in preparing materials and documentation for executive-level audiences.
• Capability to shift between ongoing operational workflows and ad-hoc strategic project support in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools.
• Experience in healthcare delivery, value-based care, or population health organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of colleague engagement strategies, organizational listening frameworks, or survey action planning is preferred.
• Background in project management toolsets and process mapping is preferred.
