Director, Strategic Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Support the strategy for complex business transformation priorities.

• Provide directional oversight for the execution of intricate business cases for proposed initiatives.

• Evaluate feasibility, opportunities, risks, and return on investment to achieve key business objectives.

• Lead the activation of strategic and policy guidance on assigned initiatives.

• Conduct detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and skill sets.

• Gather and analyze process data to recommend business practices and procedures aimed at enhancing effectiveness, productivity, and cost containment.

• Collaborate with stakeholder Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for knowledge transfer, training, and implementation.

• Drive consensus and ensure end-to-end integrity through final recommendations and implementation.

• Partner on timely communications to key stakeholders and contribute to executive-level presentations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the healthcare or insurance industry, having led large-scale initiatives, is required.

• Operations experience is preferred.

• CSSBB - Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI is preferred.
