This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in executing the GTM strategy by managing a collection of dashboards and reports that reveal actionable insights.
• Develop a uniform and efficient forecasting framework along with a review process in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Sustain reusable definitions in markdown documentation and other communal knowledge resources to facilitate team enablement and skill enhancement.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to address key business inquiries and provide data-driven insights.
• Actively seek out chances to further enhance the growth of the GTM organization.
• Collaborate with data and analytics teams throughout the organization.
• Foster transparency, predictability, and insights through actionable GTM reporting and scalable business intelligence.
• Over 4 years of experience in roles such as sales strategy, sales operations, business analysis, or financial analysis.
• Proficient in Claude Code (Anthropic's agentic command-line coding tool) or similar AI-assisted development and automation tools for creating and maintaining reporting scripts, automating data pipelines, and expediting ad hoc analysis.
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on driving actions and achieving impacts.
• Background in data modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data science methodologies.
• Enthusiasm for collaborating cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
• Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Proven track record in managing analytic projects from conception to completion, including the development of structured scalable solutions.
• Comprehension of sales models and processes, as well as sales forecasting business methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advocate for AI-first methodologies in analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
• Experience in SaaS, subscription, consumption, or recurring revenue business models.
• Familiarity with forecasting, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Experience supporting CFOs, CROs, or executive leadership teams.
