📋 Description

• Collaborate across departments to create tailored pricing and incentive proposals for major brands.

• Develop pricing targets at the portfolio level and establish deal-level parameters that safeguard margins.

• Create and enhance processes for pricing and approving substantial deals across various teams.

• Examine pricing trends within Square’s portfolio and the wider payments sector.

• Transform market analysis into actionable recommendations.

• Deliver clear recommendations derived from complex models to senior executives.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD with no prior experience; or equivalent professional experience.

• Proficient in advanced financial modeling, including the ability to construct P&L and unit economics models from the ground up.

• Strong commercial acumen when evaluating growth, margin, and risk in deals.

• Proven experience in establishing trusted relationships with senior leaders and presenting analyses and recommendations that influence their choices.

• Demonstrated history of managing projects from inception to completion, from defining the question to executing the decision.

• A tendency to create scalable systems rather than providing one-off solutions.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to enhance efficiency in your work.
