Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Ensure the development of proposals aligns with FAR, customer requirements, and internal policies.

• Provide support for cost proposals from the time of RFP receipt through contract negotiations.

• Compile cost volumes and serve as a primary contact for input.

• Review and assess RFP, SOW, and technical solution data to identify pricing factors.

• Gather and analyze functional inputs, confirming that requirements are proposed correctly and meet the RFP standards.

• Generate supporting materials for management reviews.

• Create price and cost-volume narratives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities as needed.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

• Collaborate across various DLH business sectors, departments, and functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, management, business administration, or a related field, along with 3+ years of relevant pricing experience; OR an Associate's degree in a similar discipline with 5+ years of experience.

• A minimum of 3+ years of relevant pricing experience.

• Extensive experience in US Government contractor pricing is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with US Code and Federal Acquisition Regulations pertaining to contract pricing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with business partners.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Prior experience with various contract types is advantageous.
