Cable Pricing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Respond to inquiries from Technology Advisors via email or telephone.

• Conduct cable order and site qualification.

• Oversee the Cable Deal Registration process.

• Offer pricing information for Cable services.

• Create contracts related to Cable services.

• Process Cable orders for fulfillment.

• Participate in trainings with Cable Suppliers and Technology Advisors to foster relationship development.

• Achieve proficiency in pricing tasks for Cable suppliers.

• Manage quotes within Salesforce.

• Act as the first point of escalation for pricing requests related to Cable.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

• Experience working collaboratively in a remote team setting.

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, OneNote, Excel, SharePoint).

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Background in Cable/TSD/Telecom is advantageous, but not mandatory.
