This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Enhance Product Detail Pages by managing attribution, tagging, layout, images, reviews, and Customer Generated Content.
• Oversee taxonomy optimization, including navigation and filters, in collaboration with SEO and UX teams.
• Improve both internal and external search terms.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer shopping experiences, sales, conversion rates, and profit performance.
• Work alongside eCommerce Merchandising Managers and business teams to develop strategies, objectives, and priorities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and formulate strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with analytics and experimentation teams to execute comprehensive site-audit strategies.
• Assist in promotions, seasonal collections, media, CRM, and content events.
• Enrich product data with facets, filters, attribution, and detailed product information; rectify inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant data.
• Complete categorization and enrichment for browsing experiences, collection pages, gift guides, and other content and channel destinations.
• Plan and implement experiences with cross-functional partners during product launches.
• Create Jira epics, stories, resource assignments, and sprints.
• Analyze and interpret data, manage Excel spreadsheets, and understand financial information.
• Handle multiple projects and onsite assets while collaborating across functions to enhance the digital shopping experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work experience in eCommerce site merchandising.
• At least 1 year of knowledge in Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Governance, and best practices in Master Data Management.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with SEO and SEM.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with Stibo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, ContentSquare, PowerReviews/BazaarVoice, and Medallia is preferred.
• Proven experience leveraging AI for content or product optimization is preferred.
