This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily interactions with 3PL partners and facilitate weekly customer-experience meetings.
• Supervise daily DTC order processing across 3PL nodes to ensure timely picking, packing, and shipping within SLA.
• Monitor and address fulfillment exceptions, such as backorders, mis-picks, damaged inventory, and delays in shipping.
• Issue and manage billbacks of up to $50,000 when necessary.
• Track inbound shipments, inventory levels, product SKUs, and packaging/merchandise across fulfillment locations.
• Identify shortages, risks, and immediate needs across teams.
• Coordinate fulfillment preparedness for new product launches, which includes SKU setup, packaging specifications, 3PL onboarding, promotions, and test orders.
• Assist with kitting and bundle fulfillment and develop supporting SOPs.
• Collaborate with Procurement to assess cost-efficient packout options, box sourcing, and test shipments.
• Organize weekly allocation meetings with Marketing and drive operational follow-ups.
• Work alongside Customer Service to resolve order-related issues and liaise with Stord.
• Assist in planning for peak-season and promotional volumes in conjunction with Logistics, Marketing, and Demand Planning.
• Report on fulfillment performance metrics and carry out monthly audits of 3PL issues.
• Analyze recurring fulfillment challenges and suggest corrective measures and process enhancements.
• Maintain existing fulfillment SOPs and develop new ones as processes evolve.
• Make daily DTC fulfillment decisions with 3PL partners.
• Undertake other related responsibilities and special projects as assigned.
• Report directly to the Sr. Logistics Manager.
• Must be a resident of the United States.
• At least 21 years of age at the time of application.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working directly with 3PL partners in a DTC or e-commerce setting; any product category is acceptable.
• Practical experience with a WMS or 3PL portal and a DTC order management platform (e.g., Shopify).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, including functions like lookups, pivot tables, and basic reporting.
• Availability to address urgent business matters outside of standard business hours when required.
• Fulfillment experience in beverage, CPG, or regulated products is a plus.
• Experience in managing kitting or bundle SKUs is a plus.
• Experience supporting both DTC and wholesale fulfillment channels is a plus.
