This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.
• Manage HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and Operations Hubs, encompassing configuration, data architecture, user management, and platform health.
• Develop and sustain automation workflows, lifecycle stage logic, lead scoring, nurture sequences, and list segmentation.
• Oversee data governance, including field standards, deduplication, database hygiene, and compliance.
• Handle the HubSpot–Salesforce integration, which includes bidirectional sync, lead routing, MQL/SQL definitions, and attribution.
• Monitor the health of integrations and address sync failures.
• Provide basic Salesforce support through field mapping, reports, and collaboration with RevOps.
• Create and manage HubSpot and Salesforce dashboards to assess funnel health, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and MQL conversion.
• Take charge of weekly snapshots, monthly reviews, and QBR-ready reporting summaries with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with BI and Finance on metric definitions, data sources, and reporting logic.
• Manage campaign operations, including list pulls, workflow quality assurance, email setup, UTM governance, suppression logic, and post-campaign reporting.
• Support ABM operations for enterprise accounts utilizing enrichment and routing tools.
• Automate manual tasks and document workflows and system configurations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to convert business needs into system logic.
• Assist stakeholders in defining requests, evaluating tradeoffs, and enabling self-service through training and documentation.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS or data company.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in HubSpot, including the ability to design workflows, lifecycle logic, and scoring models from the ground up.
• HubSpot certifications are a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of the HubSpot–Salesforce integration.
• Proficient in using Salesforce for reporting, record examination, and collaborative process work.
• Excellent dashboard and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and ad hoc analysis.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM governance.
• Experience with ABM and enrichment/routing tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, and LeanData.
• Working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM regulations as they relate to marketing databases.
• AI-native working style utilizing tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar.
• Possess systems thinking skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate clearly and translate technical concepts for non-technical partners.
• Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
• Must reside in one of the following eligible states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
