This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, overseeing users, permissions, properties, integrations, and platform maintenance.
• Create, test, quality assure, and launch email campaigns, nurture workflows, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and lists.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on campaigns for links, personalization tokens, rendering, mobile display, and accessibility compliance.
• Oversee the campaign calendar to ensure timely launches.
• Uphold naming conventions, folder structures, and campaign taxonomies.
• Manage lifecycle stages, lead scoring, Signals, and MQL definitions.
• Coordinate sales handoffs, SLAs, and follow-up tracking.
• Ensure synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce, resolving field mapping and data discrepancies.
• Execute database maintenance tasks, including deduplication, enrichment, segmentation, bounce management, and unengaged contact management.
• Oversee subscription preferences, suppression lists, email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, and inbox placement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking campaign performance, funnel conversion, and pipeline contributions.
• Govern UTM parameters and manage campaign tracking.
• Provide reporting to marketing and sales leadership while investigating data discrepancies.
• Administer and integrate tools for webinars, enrichment, event registration, advertising, and sales engagement.
• Assist with registration, lead capture, and follow-up for Deque events, including axe-con.
• Assess tools, document the martech stack, and phase out redundant tools.
• Record processes to facilitate repeatable campaign execution.
• Ensure that marketing emails, forms, and landing pages comply with WCAG standards.
• Maintain adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other relevant contact data requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation operations, or a similar role.
• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot, including daily administration of a Marketing Hub instance.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and the flow of marketing-sales data.
• Proven experience in leading lifecycle design, scoring models, and routing logic.
• Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Comfort in creating reports and conveying data insights to individuals without technical expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance tasks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks independently.
• Understanding of agentic workflows and automation functionalities.
• Preferred: HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub, Marketing Software, Reporting).
• Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, especially with a technical or developer-focused audience.
• Preferred: Knowledge of WCAG, ADA, or Section 508, or a genuine interest in acquiring this knowledge.
• Preferred: Experience with SQL, a BI tool, or marketing attribution modeling.
• Preferred: Background in supporting an ABM program or sales-led enterprise initiatives.
