This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data visualizations for the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Provide impactful business intelligence solutions that empower executives and employees to make informed strategic choices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, convert business inquiries into technical specifications, and produce user-friendly data visualizations.
• Construct and enhance datasets using SQL and Snowflake, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and performance of data.
• Oversee the complete analytics lifecycle from wireframing and development to deployment, documentation, and training for stakeholders.
• Identify and rectify data quality issues, enhancing dashboards based on stakeholder feedback through agile methodologies.
• Address analytics-related questions through support channels, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and clarification on dashboards and data definitions.
• Utilize user-centric design principles to develop straightforward, insightful dashboard solutions that maximize adoption and business impact.
• Support the analytics organization in establishing analytics standards and definitions across various teams.
• Adequate expertise and knowledge to perform job duties effectively, acquired through employment experience or education.
• A minimum of 3 years of advanced Tableau development experience, encompassing dashboard design, data modeling, and performance enhancement.
• 3 years of experience in developing enterprise-level analytics solutions for over 200 users within B2B companies.
• 3 years of experience using SQL and Snowflake to craft and optimize queries for large-scale performance.
• Background in designing data architecture that accommodates large datasets and complex analytics requirements for dashboarding.
• Experience in conducting comprehensive data quality assurance (QA).
• Proficiency in utilizing Figma to collect, organize, and integrate user feedback regarding dashboard design and usability.
• Expertise in managing the entire dashboard development lifecycle from requirements gathering to wireframing, development, launch, and training.
• Track record of delivering accurate, actionable dashboard solutions that foster trust in data and scale across the organization.
• Ability to translate technical analytics concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical business users within Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Proven history of supporting cross-functional analytics projects with measurable business impact and stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Economics, Business, UX/UI Design, or a related field (or foreign equivalent).
• Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a closely related position.
