This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the formulation of annual marketing strategies for the products assigned to you and oversee the execution of sanctioned action plans.

• Discover business opportunities with healthcare professionals, sales personnel, key opinion leaders, consumers, and retailers to outline promotional content and trade marketing/customer initiatives.

• Facilitate the creation of promotional materials by collaborating with relevant departments and vendors.

• Aid in the development and revision of the New Hire Training Course and deliver the strategy and campaign to new hires.

• Organize, manage, and oversee schedules for Continuing Medical Education programs, PBLs, and additional events.

• Supervise the content and execution of speakers and moderators.

• Track product, competitor, and market trends through Market Intelligence audits.

• Create event briefs and coordinate small congresses, symposia, and sponsorships.

• Develop training briefs and manage activities associated with conventions and congresses.

• Keep track of inventory for AGs, promotional materials, and artwork files.

• Prepare the Promotional Plan simulation within the specified timeline, in line with the Product Manager’s strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Background in Marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Experience in regulated markets, especially within the pharmaceutical industry, with an understanding of relevant legislation governing regulated medicines.
