Senior Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform thorough analysis utilizing OSINT and Deep & Dark Web sources with an emphasis on new and publicly available data.

• Engage proactively and covertly with threat actors in underground spaces and chat platforms, employing managed-attribution tradecraft.

• Utilize an offensive-security perspective in exposed-data investigations, evaluating how adversaries might utilize the findings.

• Monitor and gather high-quality data from illicit markets, forums, and encrypted messaging applications.

• Transform raw data into analytical insights, evaluate its credibility, and support client deliverables and intelligence objectives.

• Safely navigate virtual environments while adhering to organizational policies and Rules of Engagement.

• Develop finished intelligence products and conduct peer reviews of analysts' outputs.

• Present briefings to clients and communities, including in-person interactions, and suggest content for external publications.

• Document team workflows and provide mentorship to new and junior analysts.

• Contribute to national security missions and strategic clients across various global regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in delivering actionable intelligence for significant national security initiatives.

• Extensive experience in OSINT and Deep & Dark Web research.

• Proven ability to engage with threat actors online while maintaining credible managed-attribution identities.

• Familiarity with innovative and publicly available datasets.

• Practical experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or equivalent offensive-security roles.

• Strong proficiency in Linux and command line operations.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in scripting and automation for handling large datasets.

• Advanced knowledge of network and telecommunications technologies and their architectures.

• Experience in producing thorough investigations, critical assessments, and finalized intelligence reports.

• Capacity to convey complex findings to community, executive, and client audiences.

• Advanced OSINT tradecraft and managed-attribution strategies.

• Proven offensive-security qualifications, such as OSCP or an equivalent; SANS/GIAC certifications are a plus.

• History as an intelligence analyst, preferably within public-sector or national-security contexts.

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.

• Willingness and capability to travel occasionally for face-to-face client meetings and briefings.

• TS/SCI clearance is preferred.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States and capable of employment without sponsorship.
