Legalization Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the process of company formations, which includes registering and following up on procedures with the Commercial Registries across all Brazilian states.

• Monitor the progress of processes, identify outstanding items and requirements, coordinate with the appropriate authorities, update statuses, and ensure that deadlines are adhered to until completion.

• Oversee business licensing processes through the systems of Commercial Registries, Municipal Governments, and other pertinent authorities.

• Issue business operating permits and any other necessary licenses.

• Follow the entire process from submission to completion, keeping track of deadlines, identifying outstanding items and requirements, and engaging with Municipal Governments and other authorities.

• Take necessary actions to regularize issues and guarantee that processes remain current and progress within established timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Experience in managing company formation, corporate amendments, and company dissolution processes.

• Basic understanding of quality tools such as PDCA, the 5 Whys, and verification checklists.

• Fundamental knowledge of data creation and analysis.

• Basic understanding of conducting internal and external audits.

• Basic familiarity with metrics including NPS, CSAT, Average Handling Time (AHT), and Average Waiting Time (AWT).

• Basic knowledge of technological tools like AI and RPA.

• Basic understanding of process mapping, documentation, and identifying areas for improvement.

• Basic skills in creating SOPs, standardizing manual procedures, and developing flowcharts.

• Knowledge of communication and process submission to public authorities.

• Intermediate understanding of legislation and regulatory standards.

• Experience in drafting corporate agreements and documents, including minutes, bylaws, and articles of association.

• Experience in customer service.

• Analytical experience related to legalization processes.

• Experience in analyzing regulatory impacts.

• Basic skills in forming and amending holding companies.

• Basic knowledge of CNAE classification and its application.

• Basic understanding of franchise registration.

• Basic knowledge of NGO and association registration.

• Basic understanding of angel investors.

• Basic knowledge of startup registration.

• Completed technical education and/or an undergraduate degree in progress in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
