Healthcare Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver centralized technical support to healthcare facilities, vendors, developers, and integration partners utilizing deployed interoperability services.

• Diagnose issues related to EHR, HIE, FHIR, API, interface, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data-exchange.

• Collaborate with users and technical stakeholders to define problems, determine root causes, and coordinate solutions across engineering, onboarding, testing, and platform teams.

• Maintain articles in the knowledge base, troubleshooting procedures, known-issue logs, and resolution guidance.

• Record defects, fixes, configuration changes, and recurring issues to enhance operations and promote continuous improvement.

• Offer technical guidance and support during onboarding processes.

• Conduct validation testing to ensure issue resolution and system readiness.

• Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to achieve team objectives and ensure project success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 7 years of relevant experience in technical support, systems integration, healthcare IT, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience troubleshooting healthcare interoperability services, including EHR integrations, HIE connections, FHIR services, APIs, or interfaces.

• Proficiency in diagnosing connectivity, configuration, and data-exchange issues while identifying root causes.

• Experience in documenting and tracking technical issues, defects, resolutions, and support processes.

• Excellent communication skills and the capability to articulate technical issues and solutions to users, vendors, and technical teams.

• Capacity to work independently, coordinate across teams, and guide others through intricate support challenges.

• Experience in supporting facility or vendor onboarding for healthcare data-exchange services.

• Familiarity with remote support software, IT help desk systems, and knowledge-base tools.

• Background in supporting Department of Veterans Affairs healthcare systems or other federal Health IT programs.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

• All selected candidates must successfully undergo a background check.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including necessary fingerprinting, when required for the position.
