This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and improve the Workday HCM platform, including workflows, process enhancements, compliance, data integrity, security, reporting, and data analysis.

• Manage current Workday modules and assess new functionalities and modules.

• Configure and refresh business processes, security roles, and integrations.

• Prepare, test, and implement annual Workday projects, such as performance reviews, 9-boxing, bonus and merit processes, engagement initiatives, data integrity projects, and open enrollment.

• Analyze, validate, and audit system data to ensure accuracy and legal compliance.

• Create custom reports and dashboards while maintaining scheduled report delivery.

• Import large-scale data modifications from spreadsheets and other applications.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, SMEs, and business leaders to design and develop Workday functionalities.

• Provide leadership, coaching, and training support to Workday users throughout the organization.

• Maintain system configurations, automated business processes, security, and integrations in line with internal standards.

• Address end-user issues, support change management, and develop training materials or conduct training sessions.

• Process Workday HR administrator tasks, including hire approvals, job/data/location changes, delegation changes, task cancellations or rescindments, and security changes.

• Conduct HR system testing for implementations, upgrades, patches, enhancements, and bi-annual Workday releases.

• Investigate and resolve non-routine HR system issues while coordinating with vendors and consultants.

• Manage multiple HRIS projects, develop project plans, and act as a liaison among HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.

• Supervise annual Affirmative Action Plans and mandatory federal and state reporting such as EEO and Vets.

• Adhere to PacificSource privacy policies and HIPAA requirements.

• Meet departmental and company performance and attendance standards.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources.

• Previous HR-system experience, including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or technical support.

• Prior experience with Workday is highly preferred.

• Proven experience leading and executing projects from inception to completion.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; candidates with an associate’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma and 4 years of relevant experience, may also be considered.

• Preferred focus in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong comprehension of HR workflows and system dependencies.

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and adapt to changing priorities.

• Experience analyzing data for HR Business Partners, business or functional leaders, legal teams, and external stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally to gather data, conduct business needs analysis, achieve consensus, and deliver project outcomes.

• Ability to engage and present to all levels of leadership.

• Knowledge of Workday configuration, business processes, security roles, integrations, reporting, and data integrity.

• Proficient in reading and understanding written and spoken English.

• Excellent communication skills, both clear and effective.

• Capability to stoop and bend, sit and/or stand for extended periods, perform repetitive typing/sorting/filing motions, and lift and carry files and business materials.
