Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and finance teams to address pricing, billing, and contract challenges for pharmacies.

• Partner with pharmacy leaders and Operations Directors to develop business solutions, implement sales initiatives, and convey results.

• Act as a primary contact and key stakeholder for business solutions and process enhancements.

• Oversee billing processes within the organization.

• Manage internal control audits and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Operations teams to resolve identified issues.

• Analyze contract language and assess business intelligence and financial data to offer analytical support and recommendations.

• Independently review data and produce insights to facilitate process improvements, profitability, contract compliance, and operational accuracy.

• Evaluate customer needs and business challenges, identifying solutions for non-standard requests and sharing key insights across the organization.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives through automation, self-service solutions, and enhancements to processes and systems.

• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a comparable business environment preferred.

• Understanding of financial processes, systems, controls, and accounting principles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel), SAP, Access, and Alteryx preferred.

• Experience collaborating in a finance environment and supporting customer service goals preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

• Proven capability to interpret data, support customer service objectives, and respond to non-standard business inquiries preferred.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
