Senior Analyst, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the actuals, forecasts, budgets, and outlooks at both the program and site levels for revenue, direct labor, delivery costs, site expenses, gross margin, and EBIT.

• Assist in the monthly closing process by verifying results, coordinating accruals and reclassifications, reconciling operational and financial data, and addressing Accounting inquiries.

• Analyze gross-margin performance through quantifiable operational drivers.

• Create driver-based forecasts, budget inputs, outlooks, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses.

• Convert and reconcile workforce and capacity inputs into financial forecasts; challenge inconsistent assumptions and escalate unresolved discrepancies.

• Provide decision-focused analysis to program, site, and regional leadership.

• Compile regular program financial reviews and ensure follow-up on agreed-upon actions.

• Discover opportunities to safeguard revenue, enhance delivery efficiency, and increase gross margin.

• Assist in client discussions, change requests, renewals, launches, remediation plans, and operational business cases with financial insights.

• Prepare or coordinate accurate and timely invoices in accordance with contract stipulations and pricing.

• Reconcile billed amounts, document approvals and exceptions, track invoice disputes and credits, and maintain well-organized invoicing workpapers.

• Utilize standardized data models, dashboards, automated workflows, and AI-assisted tools for analysis while verifying conclusions.

• Collaborate with the Automation Analyst to define requirements, test outputs, document exceptions, and ensure effective controls and reconciliations.

• Develop reproducible analyses with transparent sources, assumptions, logic, ownership, and refresh cycles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Generally 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, commercial finance, accounting, revenue assurance, or business analytics.

• Proficient in building forecasts, reconciling financial and operational data, conducting variance analysis, and effectively communicating conclusions.

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and a working knowledge of business-intelligence tools.

• Experience with automation, data transformation, or AI-assisted analysis is preferred.

• Background in BPO, contact center, outsourced services, or another labor-intensive service environment is strongly preferred.

• Capacity to manage multiple clients or programs, adhere to close and billing deadlines, and maintain accuracy amidst changing operational conditions.
