Senior Analyst, Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver analytical support for the net revenue oversight program, encompassing retrospective studies, result interpretation, and ad hoc revenue assessments.

• Assist with internal control activities related to revenue and receivables accounting.

• Collaborate with both internal and external auditors on critical control applications and walkthroughs.

• Compile monthly Cash/AR Realization Analyses, cash forecasts, and Debit AR Reconciliation analyses.

• Identify and investigate significant variances.

• Calculate the monthly ABL borrowing base and evaluate month-to-month availability factors.

• Aid in the annual borrowing base audit process.

• Assemble quarterly AR and Net Revenue Memo materials.

• Prepare quarterly AFDA and Bad Debt Analyses.

• Revise meeting materials for the Net Revenue Oversight Committee and Division CFO gatherings.

• Update RCA parameters for hospitals and physician networks.

• Conduct RCA GL account balance compliance analyses and Out-of-Model entry evaluations.

• Oversee RCA internal control compliance, which includes user access and checklist reviews.

• Execute monthly reconciliations for RCA AR ATB, ART, and Gross Charges.

• Carry out ad hoc reporting and analysis tasks.

• Maintain consistent and dependable attendance while performing additional assigned responsibilities.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.

• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
